SHIPPING & RETURNS
IMPACT Clothing Companies shipping policy is to ship to Canada and the United States with rates based on geographic areas. In Canada rates are based on the 10 provinces (from Newfoundland to British Columbia) and on the northern territory areas while in the United States rates are based on the mainland area plus Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note that for the shipment of large items (Heavy / Quantity) there is a shipping markup that will be disclosed prior to shipping.

Any item delivered to you must be signed for. The shipping company will try to deliver the package three times. If they cannot reach you, the package is sent back to us.
Any damages caused during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a claim to be honoured.
The shipping companies do not honour claims reported outside of this time frame, so anything reported beyond 24 hours will not be credited.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and will typically ship within 5 business days of being processed. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships. Please check your spam folder as some email programs will filter these notifications as spam.
Depending on where you are located, shipping may take 1-3 weeks. If the product you ordered is on back order your shipment will be temporarily delayed.
EXCEPTIONS TO SHIPPING POLICY
We often offer free shipping above thresholds of quantity or cost. Check with us – our goal is always to save our clients time and money.
For orders outside of Canada and the continental United States, please contact us to get a quote for shipping charges. Shipping is not free for any international order.
